At Gold Plating Services, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury jewelry; if your piece doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-plated orders and personalized engravings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer concierge team within 30 days of delivery to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

    Secure Packaging

    Place the jewelry in its original velvet display box and secure it inside a padded mailing envelope to ensure the gold finish remains protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our quality control team verifies the item's condition and plating integrity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
